I just recently tried Jillian Michaels' "Boost your Metabolism" 50 minute workout and all I can say is WOW! If you are bored and want a challenging, good calorie burning workout with toning included this is the one!!! I did it for free on my "On Demand fitness" channel.. It was great!!! All her workouts are good but this one is more then 20 minutes which is what I like and I felt like I worked out hard...

Not able to record it as its on demand so I can access it any time but yea its a GOOD Workout you would love it Mich!!!
