The kids and I went down to San Diego for two days to attend the Annual Naval Special Warfare campout on the beach! They planned a day full of events for the kids. We got to swim in a combat training tank which had a lower viewing area where we could take pictures of the kids swimming. They seemed to enjoy that the most as they could swim down to the windows and wave or be silly (and it was deeeeeep)...They had a rock wall, bounce houses, face painting and the biggest thrill of all (at least for me) was to go for a FASST ride up and down the bay in a rigid hull inflatable boat they use. It was SO fast and they did hard sharp turns at the same time which left us gripping on so we wouldn't go over! I guess they have had people fly off before! It was a fun day and in the evening they had a huge bonfire and roasted marshmellows than spent the night in the tent! It was their first time "camping" and they enjoyed it! We also spent time remembering those who recently lost their lives defending our country and the families and friends they left behind!

That looks so cool. Dean loved the underwater pictures and I loved the one of you and Duane on the beach.
