I Just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers for Noah, Anaclet and Tendai took Him home the 2nd week of February, he was 6lbs. 2ozs. He is doing well at home and they are SO HAPPY to have him home after such a long time!!! I apologize for not posting this good news sooner but it was around the same Time we were in the hospital with Trei for his broken Leg.
We would like to ask for prayer for Trei who had an accident Monday evening. We took the kids out to get an Ice Cream since "Daddy" was home early from work, We stopped at the store to get something and while Trei was in the shopping cart the cart collapsed, after rushing him to the ER we were told he has a spiral fracture to his left Femur and they would have to admit him so they could put a cast on him the following morning. The cast is from his lower chest all the way down to his left ankle and down to his right knee. Poor little guy has to be in the cast for 6-8 weeks. He has been a brave little boy and tells everyone that he has a "Big owie and needs to get all better." He learned at the hospital what instruments he likes and dislikes as far as what the Dr's carry around, he would tell them, "How about this one" and when they would do things he disliked he would say "No, not right now, don't touch me". When the DR came to examine his leg he had to move the blanket from his leg and Trei looked up and said "Give me back my Blankie"...They released him Tuesday evening and its nice to have him home but he has been in a lot of pain the last few days especially when we move him and has been up at nite with Muscle spasms. Thankfully today was a better day and he seemed in better spirits. We have to take him in weekly for xrays so we will keep everyone updated! We would like to ask for prayer that his leg heals well and there is no permanent damage to his leg, and that the Lord gives us all the grace to make it through these next few weeks. Thanks.
We had some landscaping done out back for half the yard as we are hoping to put a pool in on the other side, later on down the line.... It sure makes the back yard look like a "Yard" and not a dirt lot anymore. I took some pics that I thought I would post here, if you look back in "Archives" you can see the "Before" pics. All the trees are lying dormant right now but they should look great once Spring comes, and it will add some privacy as well!
We had my Sisters Michelle, and Claire and her family up here visiting a few weeks back. The kids had a wonderful time seeing each other. Trei's best friend is Emmer aka. "Cubby Wubby" so he was thrilled to see him and have him here for a few days! We spent alot of time playing outside on the Playscape as well as inside with the Train table and one of the nites we went out to a small restaurant here called "Fatte Albert's" where kids can make their own Pizza's. I thot Trei would be into it but no, he wanted to play on the video games, anyhooooo Ella and Evan made their own Pizza's and it was a good time, and good Food!!!! Here are the pics from their visit here!
