Desiree's Dance Recital

Desiree participated in 3 different variations of dance at her latest recital. She performed a ballet, tap & jazz song and rocked it! Several parents came up to me and said she really was the star of the show. She is very talented at dance and creative arts. We look forward to watching her progress.

Desiree's school project

2nd grade did a book buffet this past week. They each had to select a book with a food listed in the title, create a poster board, and share the food item the day of the presentation. The kids were very creative and they ended up with quite the buffet. It was a lot of fun!!!

 Trei as Reggie White.
Trei and his friend Jack who selected his father, Louis Langlais, as his character and hero. His father was part of the Seal team that made the ultimate sacrifice in August, 2011 so that we can enjoy our freedoms.

4th grade participated in a wax museum where they selected a character that displayed christian characteristics, wrote a research paper, made props and gave a speech when the audience pressed their buzzer. It was quite entertaining and the kids did so well. Above are some pictures I took of a few of them.
