Each Grade at Trei's school put on a little program for Grandparents day last Friday so I filmed Trei's class, Enjoy!

For some reason when I posted the "Soccer Pics" they came out all unorganized and didn't fit on the page...odd! Anyhew I reposted them so if you commented the comments didn't make it I guess...oops, should work this time!!!

Welcome Home Daddy

Duane is home after a month away at school in San Diego, YAY!!!! Just in time for Trei's 1st Soccer game Tomorrow morning! We are all happy!!!

Haircut & Icecream!

The kids put together the "Big bird" puzzle tonite so I measured them next to it for fun.

Went to get my leg/burn checked out today, Doc said it was a 3rd degree burn and perscribed some topical antibiotics along with a "Tetnus Shot" just in case so as to not get infected..at the same time he gave me the "flu" shot...one in each arm....both of my arms have been sore today but I feel fine...

Desiree's 1st day of Preschool

She was so excited to start preschool today, the teachers had each kid color/decorate their own picture of a bunny to take with them to school with memories of home. She chose to paint it and put some pictures on it. She is really growing up!!!

A few things we did this weekend.

Trei's made this jet all by himself, pretty cool no? It may just be that I am challenged when it comes to building legos, I Can only build them with directions or they turn out very amateur to put it nicely.PaintingPlaying in their Tent Daddy made for them.

Kevin & Maegan were in town this past weekend visiting family so they stopped by to see us and introduce us to Conrad. He is 6 months old and is an active little one, he pulls himself up, crawls and more...pretty impressive I thot! It was great to see them again and meet their new little one. Here are a couple pics I took.

So after Duane took Trei for a ride on the motorcycle I thot to sit on it and see if there is room for two big Butts to ride....Duane told me to put my foot on the back pedal to get on it but I was sure I could get on without any problems...well I did and yea we both sorta fit but when I tried to get off my leg touched the exhaust pipe and gave me a nice size burn/blister on my calf....I would have been wearing pants if I was riding...but all I was doing was trying it out and voila....stupid of me since they had been riding already for a bit so it was HOT!!!! Now I am in pain. ARGH!

Duane is home for Labor Day weekend, Yay!!!!

Trei's 1st Joke...

"What does the elephant eat Mommy?" ...not sure I reply..."March-Mellows." I thot that was cute!

Trei lost his 1st tooth tonite at soccer practice. It has been very loose for awhile and while playing he and another boy crashed into each other and that was that. We found the tooth on the soccer field and even though it wasn't "the ideal way" to loose a tooth, as it hurt, thankfully it all came out with no problems...

While shopping at Target the other day I came across this "marble run" which is always a hit with the kids. I have been looking for one for awhile and finally found it for only $15 and sure enough the kids spent a good part of the afternoon playing with it...One of those tried and proven toys I guess.
