Happy Birthday To My Dad, the most kind, caring, unselfish man I have ever known. Dad, you not only go above and beyond for me as your daughter but extend that same concern and gving character to others. No matter how difficult the situation you always seem to find the positive side to it and a solution. Above all you have a great sense of humor that makes a tough situation bearable or just an average day even better! Hope you have a wonderful Birthday and a year filled with memorable happy moments. This is something he has been practicing for a while now and I am proud to say he mastered the art of blowing bubbles with Bubblegum this Saturday! He is so excited and proud of his accomplishment.

Our Weekend!

After several flight cancellations and delays Duane made it safely home for the weekend from VA Beach! We celebrated his Birthday with Ice Cream Cake lots of cards and presents (thank you everyone). Trei played a good soccer game 9-1 and Desiree enjoyed doing several art projects with me! It was a busy but enjoyable weekend!!! Enjoy the pics and Happy Birthday Honey!

2 Days till Duanes birthday whooo hooooo! He isn't gonna like me posting this but oh well, the kids and I are excited!

I am not sure what to make of a 45 degree drop in the weather from one day to the next except that I hope its the beginning of cooler weather for those of us in the Valley & that my little ones don't get sick from the sudden change in weather! We sure weren't ready for it so its off to the stores to get warm clothes and say goodbye to our swimming days!

Trei hasn't been feeling well at all due to allergies. We have had several sleepless nights due to bouts of coughing and severe sinus headaches. Since he has been unable to go outside or to school I have had to come up with alot of indoor activities. His favorite past time is reading books, especially a series called "Geronimo Stilton" that he began reading at school! The words in the book are dramatically written and full of pictures and he can't wait to read the next one! I snapped a few pics of him reading today on his bed!
