1st Haircut!!! (Before photo)

Well we finally did it, we took Trei in for his 1st Haircut, Long overdo I know but we were looking around for a "kidz Cuts" but couldn't find one so we took him to a local place that does it...He was a bit unsure about what was going on, thankfully we snapped this "Before photo" of him before the actual "haricut" took place...He didn't really like it, I think cause he had no clue what was going on...they did a great job though! We love it and it makes him look a little older, hopefully it will stop folks from saying; "wow what a beautiful little girl you have"...

Cubby Visits!!!

We had a fun surprise this last week, Dad called to tell me he was coming out to San Diego for a visit with my sister Claire and she was gonna bring her son Emmer or as we call him "Cubby Wubby"...Trei and him are best friends, they get along so well and look out for each other, "Cubby" is 16 months old and is shorter then Trei but out weighs him by a few pounds..Amazing!!!! The visit was short but we all had a good time especially the boys, I took them both to the park a few days and it was Great fun for me to watch them play together, they also played some B-Ball on our back porch..both of them have real potential as you will see from the photos...All in all it was a great visit, I am glad Trei got to have his best bud out here to play with for a bit!!!! Day of Errands...

Well today was an unusual day for me, Duane took Trei all day for "Daddy Day" and I was able to do a ton of errands and some personal projects, something I haven't done in a loooonnnggg time, in fact I can't think of the last time I had a day like that to myself.
Duane took Trei to Sea World as it was a hot day and I tried to sleep in but nope got up at 7a.m. tossed and turned to force myself back to sleep then came to the realization that "it ain't happening!" So got up made pancakes and got started on my busy day filled will Grocery Shopping on base then off to Walmart to get "pull-ups" for Trei and then back home to clean the house, and catch up on laundry...that all took me till around 3p.m. without stopping for a break then I finally had time to sit down and do some scrapbooking for Trei's baby book and then made dinner and was ready to head to bed by 7p.m. but nope went back out to the store to get some Picture Frames since after all it was the ONE DAY I had to run around on my own...so I got alot done and was Wiped out by the time I crawled into bed at 10:30p.m. Successful day though but I am feeling it today I could barely get up with Trei this morning at his "Early Bird time"...

Petting Zoo!

Today Duane and I took Trei to the "Pumpkin Patch" here by our house, they have a nice set up, A petting zoo, lots of rides and a pumpkin patch! Trei had a blast petting all the goats, Turkeys, Rabbits and was fascinated with this Alpaca...I have to say I was slightly creeped out by it as before we entered the "Petting area" the thing was staring at me for 5 minutes, I told Duane "What is that strange looking long necked animal that is staring at me, I swear its gonna give me bad dreams.."Anyways it turns out that he is a funny looking animal amongst all the sheep, Goats, rabbits and turkeys but was nice enough to let Trei pet him...Everyone was fascinated with him...here are a few pictures from our Pumpkin Patch adventure day!

It was a decent little train ride, lasted about 5 minutes, I wanted Trei to be able to ride on it but he couldn't go alone so I decided to go with him since the cars were to small for Duane, not such a wise choice as being pregnant and all the turns didn't make me feel too well at all...but at least Trei had fun!!!!

1st Prenatal

Today we went for our 1st prenatal visit as I am 12 weeks along, they did the usual checkups, weight/blood pressure and all that and we go to hear the Heart beat...Which I think is the best and most amazing part of the whole check up. I have to say for me personally it doesn't really "Hit Me" that I am pregnant till I hear the heartbeat...not that I don't have all the uncomfortable and annoying "Signs" of pregnancy, "nauseousness, extreme tiredness, weight gain and all" I guess it just makes it worth it all when I hear the heartbeat!!! The checkup went well all is good and we are gonna find out "the sex" the day after Thanksgiving, we can't wait!!!
