Duane made it home a day early, he came in last nite safely after an emergency landing. I didn't tell the kids anything more then I needed to go to base after dinner and pick something up...we arrive at the Hangar and both kids say "this is where Daddy works"..I tell them we just had to go in and pick something up...they along with a few of the other kids were there waiting not sure why and then Daddy comes walking up from the jet and they were so surprised!!!!! Trei said "Mom you tricked me". Ha!!! Welcome Home Honey, its nice to have you Home!!!!

My neighbour brought over some cookies her Mother-in-law had made for the Kids, they were designed from the Kids show "Handy Manny"...The kids were so thrilled I thot they turned out pretty cute! She also made and donated 200 cookies for the fly in last year when the Squadron came home, I never knew cookies could turn out so detailed.

Trei lost his 2nd Front tooth today, whoo hooo!!! Its been loose now for awhile and bothering him!

Been stormin' here since Sunday, supposed to stay this way thru Friday...apparently its hitting all of Southern California, hopefully it will clear the air here in Hanford.heh! Guess I gotta figure out what to do with the kiddos for the next week to run off some energy...

Disney on Ice

We just bought Tickets for "Disney on Ice World of Fantasy", they are coming to Fresno Feb. 7th!!!! It features "Cars" "little Mermaid" & "Lion King"..should be a fun time and the tickets were very inexpenisve granted it could be cause we live in Fresno. But they are headed to San Diego the last two weeks of January for anyone interested...

Today was the 1st day in a loooooong time since we have seen the sun here in Hanford...its been cold, foggy and overcast for weeks, so after school I took the kids to the park for a bit to enjoy it.Some pics I snapped with my phone

Isn't it funny how we bring up our kids letting them know they can be and do anything they want to do but when we as adults share our personal ambitions with others they usually say "Wow, thats going to be alot of hard work, thats so hard to do.......yada yada"? Why is that. Sad really!

The Kids started back at school today, they were real excited to go back and see all their friends...took a bit though to get them back in the routine of getting up and ready for school this morning!

Just got back from San Diego tonite, we had a fun trip seeing everyone and going to Legoland....Yea our plan to go New Years Eve for the "kids party" ended up being a short trip as it was beyond packed, we find out after the fact it was one of the only child events that nite..so we went the next morning and the kids were able to go on the rides and enjoy their time without all the crowds. Took lots of pics which I will post once I unpack, do laundry and get the kids ready to start School Tuesday!!!
