Enjoying the outdoors

She has been wanting skates for awhile and has practiced on regular skates at home so wanted to move on to real skates...rollerblades she said! She is a natural. We practiced on our carpet for awhile then she was off skating on our tile. It won't be long before she is blading outside!

This past Saturday was a very tough day for all of us. We had to say goodbye to our cat Nilly. My sister Michelle took her in as she has another cat and we are hoping they will be good friends. This was the beginning effects of our upcoming move next month and it was tough! Here is a picture of the kids saying their goodbyes.

Share Day at School

Desiree was thrilled to hear that it was her turn to share at school today! She has waited the whole school year and finally got it so She took her new penguin Cutiey with her to show her friends.

Fun at Legoland Water Park

For Spring Break we also went to Legoland Water Park for the day. This exhibit opened just last year and it was our first time going. The kids went down the water slides, built rafts made out of legos and had a fun time splashing in the water.

While down in San Diego we took the kids to Legoland for the day. They had alot of fun going on the lego rides, posing with characters and playing with legos. Below are some pictures I took of their fun day!

Fun with Our Cousins- Dean & Noelle

I just thought it was soooo cool how they figured out how to all fit on the seesaw.

We spent Desiree's birthday at Seaworld with her cousins. She loves animals, especially Sealife so she was thrilled. Her favorite thing to do is feed the dolphins fish so we went straight to the exhibit only to find the dolphins in an extremely playful mood which was fun to watch but not so fun when we got soaked after they did a huge jump right near us. At that point Desiree was done with that exhibit and it was off to get her dry clothes for the rest of the day. We had alot of fun though at the new Sea Turtle exhibit, watching the Killer whales in the observation tank and going on a few rides. Below are some pictures we took.Elmo Ride.
