We took Desiree in for her 2 month appt a few days ago and she weighed in at 13 pounds 1oz and is 23 1/2 inches long!!! She was in the 90% percentile, go figure as she LOVES to eat!!! All that to say she has doubled her birth weight already and has grown 3 1/2 inches as well since birth...Yowza!!!

We had a rather Festive weekend here, Thursday we went to the "Screwbirds S-3's" Final squadron Picnic down at Mission Beach. We had a great BBQ and the kids got to play with some of the Other Officers Kids, it was alot of fun! The Following day Friday, was my 27th birthday and I had a wonderfully relaxing day thanks to my wonderful Husband and Mom and Dad, they watched the kids so I could sleep-in, Duane made me pancakes and then Mom and Dad gave me a Gift card for Kohl's so Mom and I went there to shop the Memorial weekend Sales, its been awhile since I have gone shopping, it was great!!! Duane then took me out to Lunch at "Miguel's" and then we came home and watched a movie. It was a great birhtday, Thanks everyone for their cards and gifts, very thoughtful of you!!!! Then Sunday was our Anniversary so Mom and Dad Took Trei for the day and they went over to see his cousins in Fallbrook, Duane and Istayed home and had a relaxing day follwed by a delicious dinner at Olive Garden, Duane also got me some gorgeous Diamond Earrings! Thanks Baby! I am so blessed to have met you and have you in my life, I couldnt' ask for a better Husband! I love you! Here's to many many more years together!!!

We just found out this morning after a week of nervousness and waiting where we will be stationed for Duane's next set of Orders...Lemoore, California! Duane is transitioning from S-3's to Super Hornets (F-18's). Its what we both wanted for him and where we wanted to be stationed as its still in Cali which means its closer to my family as opposed to going to Virginia, Florida or Washington State! Not sure when we will be headed there, we are to find out all the details over the next few weeks, but most likely around October sometime! What a relief!

We went to Glorietta park on Coronado island for a Mother's day Picnic, it was alot of fun, we walked around and let Trei play at the park till he was tired and then we had a wonderful Picnic. It was great to get away from the house and relax and spend the day together as a family! I just love this photo of me with my 2 kiddos, I am soooo blessed to have such wonderful kids, I couldn't be any happier!

We had the cousins (Evan Ella and Emmer) over to visit this last weekend, they spent the nite and They got to play with Trei for 2 days. Trei loved it, they went to the park, jumped in his bounce house, played with all the toys and played with Chalk and water on the porch, at the end of the day they were exhausted thankfully!!! It was the 1st time they had seen Desiree and Ella just loved her to bits and wanted to hold her, thankfully(Thanks to digital cameras) I managed to get a good picture of her with Desiree, I took about 10 photos of them but only one came out..Hey thats all I need right??? The next morning Trei was asking where his cousins were, poor little guy, oh well at least we had a fun weekend!!!

My friend Ang came down to visit me and the kiddos today, it was nice to see her again as it has been since Christmas, she was visiting from New Jersey as she is on Summer Break from school till August!!! Her and her Mom got me another bag of adorable outfits for Desiree which I can't wait to dress her in..I swear, Desiree will be the BEST DRESSED Girl around thanks to Cindy and Ang. It was great to see you Ang!!! I took some Pics of her and the baby which I will post once I upload them along with another 50 or so that I took over the Mothers day weekend!!!

Tonite Mom watched the 2 kiddos so we could have "Date Nite", we decided to go out for dinner tonite as opposed to Mothers Day when all the restaurants would be PACKED, but to our surprise they were just as packed...we ended up going to the "Coronado Brewing Company" for Dinner and then watched "Inside Man" (with Denzel Washington, and Jodie Foster) on Base afterwords. It was a fun nite, sure was nice to get to spend some "Alone Time" together! Thanks Mom!!!

So we are waiting on hearing where we are gonna be stationed for the next few years...we are supposed to find out sometime this week, gotta tell you I am nervous about it, its not like there is a choice in the matter really, nor is it like its one of two places, its more like it could be 1 of 5 places so we have absolutely No Clue where we are headed...we of course have our preferences but its not up to us... We will keep you all posted!!!
